How does it work?
1. Pay for the license
Payment of the subscription for an 18-month campaign is made via the secure (Stripe) payment button below. This payment covers the entire experience, including delivery of the bottles and participation to all activities.
2. Recieving the MyViny gift box
Once payment has been made, a gift box will be sent to the address of your choice. This box contains :
- A booklet explaining the concept of the experience
- A card with a unique QR code
3. Activation and registration
The recipient of the gift can scan the QR code to register on the MyViny platform. They can enter their name and personalize their profile, without ever seeing the amount paid.
4. Choosing a plot and receiving the first bottles
After registering, the recipient chooses his or her plot and square using a virtual map of Domaine de la Bouvaude. Shortly afterwards, 6 bottles of wine from different cuvées of the Domaine are sent to the recipient. These bottles are intended for online tasting workshops, but can of course be tasted at will.
5. Participating with the MyViny platform and community
As a co-winemaker, participants play an active role in the creation of their own wine. Every month, the domain team asks crucial questions about the management of the player’s plot, taking into account the vagaries of the weather and the treatments to be carried out. These decisions, linked to vine cultivation and vinification, are taken in collaboration with the other co-winemakers from the same plot, always respecting our commitment to organic farming.
In addition, we regularly host on-line wine-tasting courses, enabling you to taste the wines you receive and learn more about oenology at the same time.
6. Crafting the cuvée and receiving the final bottles
Once the wine has been created, the participant will receive 6 bottles of his or her own cuvée, with a personalized label that he or she can choose to design themselves.
7. An unforgettable experience
Throughout this adventure, the player immerses himself in the world of winemaking, at his own pace and from a distance, with the opportunity to visit the Domaine and take part in vineyard work or winemaking.
