Frequently Asked Questions

I’d like to give the MyViny box as a gift. Is it possible to send it discreetly so that my partner doesn’t know about it?

Yes, you’ll be able to choose when it’s delivered, and you can also choose to have it delivered to another address, such as a friend’s home, or to a relay point.

We can also do the same for the first six bottles.

In this way, you can make two gifts with a single purchase. The first by offering the box. Then, a few months later, another gift – the first six bottles!

Can I buy the gift box in advance?

Yes, it’s a good idea to buy a little in advance. Once you’ve bought a gift box, it’s valid for 2 years.

How does the gift box work?

The first step is purchasing a license for the 18-month campaign. A gift box is then sent to the chosen address, containing an explanatory booklet and a card with a unique QR code. The recipient scans the QR code to register on MyViny, personalize their profile, and select a plot on a virtual map of Domaine de la Bouvaude. Shortly after, they receive six bottles of different cuvées. At the end of the experience, they will receive six bottles of their own cuvée, with a customizable label.
